Tank Farm/Vessel Cleaning
AN OVERVIEW
We deploy Jet-stream specialized high-pressure jetting and vacuum system, with the aid of Torus 3-D (360) degrees nozzle that is able to reach all dimensions of tank internal. Our system is operated from an outside position, making it one of the safest ways of cleaning industrial storage tanks and vessels. Our system removes all washed down sludge in tanks with the aid of our PD vacuum pumps into a waste holding tank for onward treatment and disposal.

CLEANING STEPS
Setting up of our jet-stream high pressure water jetting system
Placing of Torus 3D nozzle inside the tank to be cleaned through hoses and held in place by accessories and flanges.
Gas testing is done to determine the oxygen, carbon-dioxide levels, Sulphur and other chemical contents inside tanks.
Gas expulsion is also done throughout the operation using air compressor/ blowers
CLEANING ACTION: Rotary impingement cleaning methodology achieving 360 degrees total cleaning and 180 degrees in the case of directional nozzles.
A WASTE REMOVAL: Vacuum trucks including pumps/ tanks and waste holding tanks are used to evacuate all wastes from tank.
